How to Export Your Data from Fresha

If you’re transitioning from Fresha to ZenPass, we’re here to make it easy. ZenPass offers a free data import service, allowing you to carry over your essential business information—like clients and appointments—without starting from scratch.

Follow the steps below to export your data from Fresha and get started with your ZenPass setup.



What You Can Export from Fresha

We recommend exporting the following data for import:

  • Clients – Names, contact details, and notes
  • Appointments – Past and upcoming booking history
  • Services – Service titles, durations, and prices

Once exported, you can send these files to the ZenPass team for secure transfer.



Step 1: Exporting Clients from Fresha

  1. Log in to your Fresha Partner account at partners.fresha.com.
  2. From the left-hand menu, select Clients.
  3. Click the Export icon (top right of the Clients list).
  4. The system will automatically generate a CSV file with your full client database.

This file will typically include full names, email addresses, phone numbers, and client notes.



Step 2: Exporting Appointment History

Fresha does not allow appointment exports directly from the dashboard. To get your appointment data:

  1. Go to the Help section in your Fresha dashboard.
  2. Submit a request to Fresha Support asking for a full export of your appointment history.
    • Mention that you need dates, client names, services, and staff if possible.
  3. Once received, download the file and save it for import.


Step 3: Exporting Services (Optional)

If you’d like us to help you recreate your service list on ZenPass:

  1. From the dashboard, go to Business Settings > Services.
  2. Manually copy the details into a spreadsheet, including:
    • Service name
    • Duration
    • Price
    • Any service-specific notes or categories
  3. Save the file as a CSV or Excel format.

Fresha may not currently support direct export of services, so a manual list is often the most efficient option.



Submitting Your Data to ZenPass

Once all files are ready:

  • Email them to contact@zen-pass.com
  • Use the subject line: “Data Transfer – [Your Business Name]”
  • Our onboarding team will confirm receipt and begin processing your import

Turnaround time: most data transfers are completed within 3–5 business days.
