What You Can Export from Teachable

We recommend exporting the following data sets:

• User Data – Names, email addresses, sign-up dates, and course enrollments
• Course Reports – Lesson completion rates, quiz scores, and student progress
• Transaction History – Sales data, including purchase dates, amounts, and payment methods
  

Once you’ve exported these files, you can send them to the ZenPass team for secure import.

Step-by-Step Guide to Exporting Data

1. Exporting User Data

1. Log in to your Teachable admin account.
2. Navigate to the Users section.
3. Use filters to segment your users as needed.
4. Click the Export CSV button.
5. The CSV file will be emailed to the address associated with your account.
   

This export includes user IDs, names, email addresses, sign-up dates, last login dates, course enrollments, and more.

2. Exporting Course Reports

1. Navigate to the Courses tab and select a specific course.
2. Click on the Reports tab.
3. Use the dropdown menu to select the desired report (e.g., Lesson Completion, Quiz Scores, Leaderboards).
4. Click the Export CSV button in the top right corner.
   

These reports provide detailed insights into student engagement and performance.

3. Exporting Transaction History

1. Go to the Sales section in your admin dashboard.
2. Click on Transactions.
3. Click the Export CSV button in the upper right-hand corner.
4. The CSV file will be emailed to the primary owner’s email address.
   

This export includes transaction dates, user information, product details, payment methods, and amounts.
