If you’re moving from Zanda Health to ZenPass, we offer a free data import service to help you bring over your essential business information smoothly. This guide will walk you through exporting your data from Zanda Health, ensuring a seamless transition.

What You Can Export from Zanda Health

We recommend exporting the following data sets:

  • Clients – Names, contact details, and notes
  • Appointments – Past and upcoming bookings
  • Services – Service names, durations, and pricing
  • Invoices and Payments – Financial transactions
  • Client Files – Uploaded documents and forms

Once you’ve exported these files, you can send them to the ZenPass team for secure import.



Step 1: Exporting Data from Zanda Health

  1. Log in to your Zanda Health account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Practice > Data Export.
  3. Select the desired Export Type:
    • All Data – Exports data for all clients and practitioners.
    • Data Linked to Practitioner – Exports data for a specific practitioner and their clients.
    • Data Linked to Specific Client – Exports data for a chosen client.
  4. Choose the data you wish to export (e.g., Clients, Appointments, Invoices).
  5. Click Export.
  6. Once the export is ready, a downloadable link will appear. Click the link to download a ZIP file containing your data.

Note: The exported data is available for download for 72 hours after the link is generated. After 72 hours, the link will be removed, but the export information will remain in the download list for 14 days for record-keeping purposes.



Step 2: Exporting Uploaded Client Files

  1. In Settings > Practice > Data Export, click on Uploaded Client Files.
  2. Select the desired filtering option:
    • All Data – Exports files for all clients and practitioners.
    • Data Linked to Practitioner – Exports files for a specific practitioner and their clients.
    • Data Linked to Specific Client – Exports files for a chosen client.
  3. Choose whether to export all files or select a date range.
  4. Click Export.
  5. Once the export is ready, download the ZIP file containing the client files.

Note: The time it takes to prepare your data can vary depending on the amount of data stored in your account.



Step 3: Sending Your Data to ZenPass

Once you’ve gathered all the necessary files:

  • Email them to contact@zen-pass.com.
  • Use the subject line: “Data Transfer – [Your Business Name]”.
  • Our team will confirm receipt and begin the import process.

Data imports are typically completed within 3–5 business days.
