If you’re moving from Cliniko to ZenPass, we offer a free data import service to help you bring over your essential business information smoothly. This guide will walk you through exporting your data from Cliniko, ensuring a seamless transition.
What You Can Export from Cliniko
We recommend exporting the following data sets:
- Patients – Names, contact details, and notes
- Appointments – Past and upcoming bookings
- Services – Service names, durations, and pricing
- Patient Attachments – Files associated with patient records
Once you’ve exported these files, you can send them to the ZenPass team for secure import.
Check how to export data directly from Cliniko Help Centre
Step 1: Exporting Patients
- Log in to your Cliniko account.
- Navigate to Settings > Data exports.
- Under Data to export, select Patients.
- Set the Date range to Any time to capture all patient records.
- Click Export data.
- Once the export is ready, download the CSV file to your computer.
This file will include patient names, contact information, and other relevant details.
Step 2: Exporting Appointments
- In Settings > Data exports, select Appointments under Data to export.
- Set the Date range to Any time to include all appointment records.
- Click Export data.
- After the export is complete, download the CSV file.
This export will contain details such as appointment dates, times, practitioners, and statuses.
Step 3: Exporting Services
- Still in Settings > Data exports, choose Appointment types under Data to export.
- Set the Date range to Any time.
- Click Export data.
- Download the CSV file once it’s available.
This file will list all your services, including names, durations, and associated details.
Step 4: Exporting Patient Attachments
- In Settings > Data exports, select Patient attachments under Data to export.
- Set the desired Date range.
- Click Export data.
- Cliniko will generate a ZIP file containing all patient attachments within the specified date range.
- Download the ZIP file to your computer.
Note: If the file is large, Cliniko may split it into multiple ZIP files.help.cliniko.com
Sending Your Data to ZenPass
Once you’ve gathered all the necessary files:
- Email them to contact@zen-pass.com.
- Use the subject line: “Data Transfer – [Your Business Name]”.
- Our team will confirm receipt and begin the import process.
Data imports are typically completed within 3–5 business days.
