Transitioning to ZenPass is straightforward. To ensure a smooth data migration, you’ll need to export your existing data from Acuity. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help you export your client and appointment information from Acuity, preparing it for import into ZenPass.

Exporting Client Information from Acuity
- Log in to your Acuity account.
- Navigate to the Clients section.
- Click on Import/Export, then select Export client list.
- Choose the group of clients you wish to export (e.g., All clients).
- Click Export clients to download the CSV file.
The exported file will include:
- Client names
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Client notes
- Days since last appointments
Preparing Your Data for ZenPass
Once you’ve exported your data:
- Review the CSV files to ensure all necessary information is included.
- If you have multiple files, consolidate them as needed.
- Ensure the data is clean and free of duplicates.
- Send your data to Zenpass Data Team.
